Digital products are generally non-refundable after download. However, we offer refunds within 14 days if the product doesn't work as described or has technical issues we can't resolve.

Refund Eligibility

  • File is corrupted or won't open
  • Significant quality issues with the stencil
  • File format doesn't match what was advertised
  • Duplicate purchase (accidental)
  • Technical error during processing

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after download
  • File was downloaded and used
  • Preview was available before purchase
  • Request made after 14 days
  • Incompatibility with your software (check specs first)

How to Request a Refund

Include screenshots or description of the issue. This helps us investigate and improve.

Wait for Review

We'll review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with our decision.

Receive Refund

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day "cooling off" period for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been downloaded or streamed, provided you were informed before purchase and explicitly consented to losing your withdrawal right.

By purchasing and downloading a stencil from StencilVector, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing digital content that will be delivered immediately
  • You consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins
  • This does not affect your right to a refund if the product is faulty or not as described

Partial Refunds & Credits

In some cases, we may offer:

  • Partial refund: If only part of your order has issues
  • Store credit: As an alternative to cash refund, often with a bonus amount
  • Free replacement: If we can fix the issue with a new version of the file
